Please use this form to arrange the collection of a product for either a warrantee or chargeable repair. If the repair is chargeable, we will check tool and send quotation.
Please note: After completing online collection request of tools, you will get emails and we will notify tool collection schedule by email/call.
On receipt on tools, we will check and update repair cost (if chargeable) , on approval, tools will be repaired and SMS notifications will be send for tools status via our ERP system

Personal Details

1. All warranty claims must be accompanied by purchase invoice of Dewalt Authorised dealer in Muscat.

2. Quotations for repairs are only given if the charges exceed 40% of the current tool model price.

3. Tools brought in for repair/service should be collected within the period of 30 days from the date of receipt.In the event that the tools are not collected within this period, Al Jizzi Co LLC will not be responsible for them and no claims will be entertained thereafter.

4. An inspection charge of RO 2.000 will be levied (non-warranty tools) which will be adjusted once the tool is repaired. No refund will be given, if not repaired.
